This plane has been cared for and a great deal of effort has been done to address all items and keep the aircraft to an excellent maintenance standard. It has never been commercially registered or been in a flight school. In my ownership the oil has been changed every 25 hours, has never made any metal. With the Powerflow and the maple leaf mods it's climb and cruise is improved dramatically over the standard '68, and regularly carries my young family of 4 through the mountains of BC. When flown to the correct numbers, it outclasses a 172 easily. TAS of ~132 mph in winter, less in summer. Very comfortable, tons of space and gets alot of comments on the ramp.

The plane spent the majority of it's life in the Canadian prairies (1972-2015), moving to BC in 2015. No hail or weather damage as it lives in a hangar year-round. Fuel consumption an average of 7.4GPH (28L/hr) at cruise, 48 Gallon tanks.

Hangared in Pemberton BC. Happy to show it/fly it.
Mechanical inspections welcome with a deposit.
