Former Oshkosh Grand Champion - Corsair 92106 flew regularly from 2003 until 2019 when it was heavily damaged in a landing accident in Canada. The aircraft was recovered and stored pending a decision on its fate. Recently the decision was made to offer the aircraft for sale "As Is, Where Is". Whilst the restoration of the Corsair will be a long and expensive proposition, all the parts are there. Many are in useable condition. An original FG-1D Corsair with continuing history is a sought after and highly desirable aircraft. Corsair 92106 presents a unique opportunity. This is the only complete and original FG-1D Corsair project which will be available for restoration in the foreseeable future.
