SOLD 1946 Silvaire Luscombe 8A Engine: Continental A65-8F; Propeller: McCauley 1B90/CM7447 (originally listed for sale at $18,000 - selling price has been reduced to $13,500 to settle estate). The airframe is in overall good condition with some dents on the wings and control surfaces. No corrosion. Goodyear wheels and brakes with original wheel pants. Aircraft hasn't flown since 2014. Owner has passed away. Plane has been in the family for 60+ years. Plane needs minor repairs. Plane is being sold "as is" due to estate settlement. A ferry permit could allow for plane to be flown from hangar. Annual inspections have lapsed and the registration has not been renewed. Asking price is negotiable.
