SOLD !! 2001 Maule MXT7 Aircraft for sale. Excellent shape California airplane all its life except last 1.5 years in NC. No damage history, complete logs and always hangared. Comes with Bruce's covers for all the exterior fabric areas. ADSB equipped with Avidyne IFD 440 installed in 2020. Prop was sent to American prop in 2020 for overhaul. All four cylinders sent to Lycon for port and polish in 2020 also. Just 327 hours ago. Engine is strong with compressions at 77,78,79,79.. Oil gets changed every 35 hours, and when temps are below 50 the Mcfarlane engine heat stays on. IFR certified,Pitot static,Transponder,Altimeter and encoder ck all done in 5/23. Has long range tanks with total 85 gallons of fuel. Aircraft does not disappoint!
