Low time airframe fully restored in 2011, a quality restoration. This 8A won "Best 8A" award twice at the national Luscombe fly-in (2012 and 2014) hosted by the Continental Luscombe Association "Gathering of Luscombes".
Ly-Con overhauled Continental C85-12F engine in 2008, stored until 2011 when it was installed onto the fully restored aircraft. Currently has 240 hrs SMOH. Very clean, no leaks, runs strong, good compressions during recent annual inspection. Engine compartment presents very well with a very clean cowling and firewall. McCauley prop in beautiful condition with 142 hrs SPOH.
