Description

Under Contract. 661 SNEW 180hp O-360 Air Plain STC conversion. Factory float kit ready for Cessna 2000 floats. Never had floats installed. 4661 TT. Powerflow exhaust. Knots For You wheel pants. Increased gross weight to 2500 Air Plain STC airframe mods. Gas STC 91 Octane. Aero Plastics cabin vents which are nice to have - do not leak. She is a little BEAST! Good glass, paint solid 8/10, interior, plastic the same. All Ad's current, all  logs since new, fresh 02/24 annual all compressions 74/80 76/80 76/80 76/80. IFR certified. Garmin 500 gps moving map. EI -  EGT/CHT monitor. Horton Stohl wing kit. ADSB out.  This is airplane is need of nothing but it's new pilot.  A perfect turnkey 180 hp 172. With the Powerflow exhaust it's pulling closer to 190HP. Prop dynamically balanced a couple years ago, new starter 2020, new alternator 2020.. Well loved,  no corrosion. New 6 ply tires, brakes. 500 hour mag overhaul everything up to date. Logs by request. there are 12 documented STC's. This was the number 15000th Cessna 172 made -  N15000. Cessna applied for the N number when when it was completed at the factory, which is cool.  Must see and fly to appreciate!
  

Avionics

Garmin 500 gps, Ei engine monitor the rest IFR cert steam gauges. Dual Narco's.
  

Airframe

Gross weight increase. All float STCs. Brackets, wing rings. Airframe modes - heavy duty stringers installed as per STC. Removable doors. Horton Stohl wings. Glass is good slight crazing but good.
  

Engines / Mods

Air Plain Factory STC. Powerflow exhaust. Light weight starter. 9 vrin oil cooler - more.
  

Interior / Exterior

Beautiful, carpet headliner, seats and plastic. Paint is great not perfect but close.
  

Remarks

A little beast and a beauty. Fly's true and jumps off the ground. Great Alaska or bush plane.
