The 1937 Western Air Express Waco EQC-6 Custom Cabin biplane project. The Waco NC 17469, s/n 4544 project includes a Wright 760-E1. This significant Waco project comes with all strut fairings, wheel pants, cowl, fairing from wheel pants to landing gear, four wings with all new wing ribs and new Sitka spruce for the wing spars and much more. Fuselage has been sand-blasted and epoxy painted. This airplane project comes with many historical records. Also included is an extra Waco C-6 Canadian air freighter fuselage. The Western Air Express Waco C-6 project is available for purchase with one of two options. Option 1 is the entire project listed above with the Wright 760-E1. Option 1 sales price is $20,000.00. Option 2 is everything included in Option 1 plus a zero-time Wright 760-E2 350 hp engine built by Mike Connors and a Hamilton Standard 2B20-9 polished propeller that has been overhauled by Memphis Propeller.
