Aircraft > Multi-Engine Piston > Beechcraft > N1WD: Beechcraft A55 BARON
I have decided to market and sell my 1962 Beechcraft Baron A55. N1WD is based at KFCM (which is a 14 minute drive from Minneapolis, MN main airport). I have owned the aircraft for about 11 years. During this time, many improvements were completed on the aircraft. I have Dropbox link to weight and balance, detailed SPEC sheet, and all logs digitized. Email me for the link please. FAA Registration: N1WD Serial Number: TC-192 Year Built: Dec 1961 Complete log books available No liens on aircraft N1WD has 5231.0 hours TTSN 150/150 SMOH 145/145 SPOH Inspections: Annual Completed 03/2023 Due 03/2024 Static System Check Completed 10/2023 Due 10/2025 Transponder Check Completed 10/2023 Due 10/2025 Heater Decay check Completed 03/2023 Due 03/2025 ELT Battery Due Next Due 06/2027 General: Aircraft was purchased by me in 2013. Engines, propellers, and avionics removed. Replacement TCM engines, Hartzell Top Props, and avionics installed during 2020-2023. Aircraft has always been hangared in a climate controlled hangar since I purchased it. ALL AD's are current and complied with. Aircraft is ready to fly. ADSB Performance report had ZERO errors. No fuel or oil leaks. Heater runs good. Regulates temp very well, even in Minnesota. As an earlier Baron, I will disclose this aircraft has only 5 seats, no provision for 6. Small baggage door, and large chord flaps. The engines purr like two kittens, flies great. Sorry, no de-ice boots. You will get other spare parts too. Extra heater, etc/ I would rate the paint a 6 of 10 I would rate the interior an 8 of 10 Look at photos, you decide. I will sell the plane with a fresh annual inspection, I will update every Garmin Database in it, and deliver it free in the 49 states (sorry Hawaii) or Canada to you with full fuel tanks if you buy it at this price (takes a week). I am an ABS Certified instructor. I will provide training after sale if needed. Come on up to Minnesota. We will go for a ride (you in left seat). Thanks for looking......Kurt

Tons of new parts installed. If interested I will send spec sheet with these.
