Condition: The airframe is in great condition, having been kept in the dry climate of the California desert, which is known for preserving aircraft exceptionally well. No signs of significant wear or damage are evident, and the airframe has no accident history.

Paint and Interior: The paint is in satisfactory condition with some cracking on the fiberglass wing tips. The interior maintains a good standard, reflecting the overall care of the aircraft.
