This airplane has been flown regularly, maintained with care and hangered. Has had recent replacement of brake line pivot fittings (an expensive and sometimes hard to find maintenance item) and recent gear actuator overhauls. No damage history.
Tanis engine heat. Favorable borescope/oil analysis every 30-40 hours with no concerning wear metals. Prop recent dynamic balance. Magneto IRAN 9/12/2023. Last annual 9/12/2023. V-band coupling replaced at 1824.2 (143 hours remaining). Turbo overhauled at 1620.
Leather with sheepskin front seats in good condition. Precise-flow vents, Rosen sun visors, 4-place oxygen. Paint has no obvious oxidation, some minor chipping on cowl and struts. Shiny!
Price has cost of engine overhaul subtracted given the over-TBO status, but the engine is still going strong at this point with close monitoring. It is being flown 5-10 hours per month so hours are approximate and current as of 1/28/2024.
