If you want someone's cherished gem instead of their problems: 1981 C152-II head-turner, hangar-kept since new, owned since 2010 & impeccably maintained as if I was keeping her forever, but circumstances just changed. 2023 prop OH (South Coast), new tires/tubes, plugs, mag, vacuum lines, & more. Always well-protected so didn't need new paint/windows to cover-up neglect & hide deeper frame/engine/avionics issues that you'd discover & pay for later! Currently 547 hours (still flying) on a Zero-time factory (not a shop) 118hp Lycoming O-235-L2C, 2400tbo, with Plane Power alternator & SkyTec starter enhancements, today's cost ~$60k installed. Only I have flown every hour & treated her right (I'm a 10+ year CFI-I but not training in this aircraft, only for personal use), utilizing a new EDM-700 (& recently refurbished screen). Also right after purchase, all NEW (not refurb) high-quality avionics installed by Auric Avionics @ KNEW, still in pristine condition: GMA-340 audio panel with dual push-to-talk, KX-155 com/nav with ILS, dual VORs (second/stock com/nav), Garmin 327 & recently added GDL-82 (ADS-B out, with GA35 WAAS antenna), and most recently Garmin Aera 660 with GDL-39 (ADS-B in). Master-switched for added protection. Since planning to install a new engine & avionics, the frame was my top priority on a nation-wide search; purchased in Nebraska (zero corrosion) & since then dousing her annually with Corrosion-X while hangared well away from saltwater, 13,665 Hobbs on August 2023 Annual. Full-covered (will include with sale) if outside when taken on trips. Seats were refurbished & other cosmetic updates, wheel-pants make a ~10kt difference. No damage, full & clean logs since new available for inspection. Please email, or ONLY TEXT, and I will respond asap, thank you: c152@lindslys.com or 504-338-7166 (text)
