Description

This is a VERY well equipped, well maintained 1978 Cessna T310R,  3 axis STEC 3100 w/ FD, Aspen 2500 pro w/ synthetic vision and AOA unlock, Avidyne IFD 550/440 combo, Lynx 9000R remote transponder ADSB IN/OUT, AXP340 #2 transponder, Avidyne audio panel, Davtron M655, EI flight timer, Alcor EGT gauge. 6980TT, TSIO-520BB 1760 SMOH / 1760 SMOH, IFR FIKI (hot plate removed),GAMI injectors. LED taxi light and Orion LED tailbeacon. 6 place oxygen system. VGs with GWI to 5680 lbs. Interior rated at 5, paint is a 6 w/ recent ceramic coating , 1991 Paint. NO deferred maintenance. If something has had issues I've addressed it immediately during ownership. Only selling to move up to a cabin class Cessna. Complete logs back to birth. It did have an accident in 1992 that was professionally repaired and documented in logs. 1800 lbs useful load. Annual done 11/23. Flies very regularly.

Interior / Exterior

Paint was done in 1991. Shows well from 15 feet. Ceramic coating done Dec. 2023. Interior seats are in good shape and carpet is new. Belts rewebbed in last 10 years. Headliner in good shape. side panels are worn and plastics are worn. I have complete Airtex interior to go with sale, not installed.
