Description

1973 Turbo Super Viking for sale.  Dry country aircraft with a solid IFR panel and performance to match.  Recently overhauled engine by Lycon with excellent oil analyses and engine monitor data available.

Airframe

New landing gear power pack 2020.  Dry country airplane kept in a hangar since recovering.  Ski tube and factory oxygen.
  

Engines / Mods

Engine exchange with Lycon in 2020.  Turbonormalized system with manual wastegate.  301 SMOH.  Oil analysis since the overhaul available.  This engine runs smooth and very cool.  I've never seen a CHT above 370 in the climb and typical CHT's in cruise top out below 330 during LOP operation.  GAMIjectors installed 2022.  All new hoses and mounts installed at overhaul.

Prop overhauled by Redline Propeller in 2020.
  

Interior / Exterior

Aircraft recovered and painted in 2000.  New Oregon Aero memory foam leather seats in 2020.
  

Remarks

This Turbo Viking is a great cross country performer and a true pleasure to fly.  My mission has changed, which forces me to sell it.  Cruise at 160 KTAS while burning 13 gph.  Based at CO15.
