Very nicely equipped CTSW located in the dry southwestern U.S. No damage history. Total time 856, tach time 252. New Rotax engine installed in July 2018, (Rotax has a 15-year life limit on their aircraft engines) Rubber hose change done in July 2018, next due in July 2023. BRS Rocket replaced in 2017 and parachute repacked in July 2017, next due in July 2029. Annual just completed December 5, 2022. Two new main tires, new wheel bearings, carburetor rebuilt during the annual, fresh oil change. Bought another plane and don't fly this one anymore.
