Description

1997 Mooney M20J MSE 200hp engine IO-360 A3B6, TTAF 1925, engine SMOH 310, SPOH 138, Cruise at 185mph on 10 gal/hr. I'm third owner for past nine years. Everything works! Exterior/interior beautiful condition. Balanced 2-blade prop, factory speed brakes. Original paint and interior superb. The "J" model is Excellent! Blazing speed and easy at the pump.
Age and circumstances related to retirement are the reasons for selling airplane.

Airframe

N29FM is a low-time airframe as the previous owner didn't fly it a great deal. He did run the engine periodically but I felt more comfortable replacing the engine after 1600 hrs.
The airplane is a terrific performer and uses about two quarts of oil between oil changes.
The airplane is waxed and polished, top and bottom sides, regularly. No damage history. Always hangered.
Because I'm divorced, "baby" got whatever it needed.

Engines / Mods

A completely overhauled engine was installed when airframe reached 1615 hrs + new starter and all hoses and accessories replaced. Overhaul done by Ly-Con, Visalia CA.
Factory speed brakes
Exterior lights are LED, strobes, landing, taxi, nav

Interior / Exterior

Dual toe brakes, pilot/copilot
Each wing has a fuel sight gauge
Oil analysis done after each oil change
Polished spinner
Airplane flown regularly for max engine lubrication

Remarks

The panel has a combination of "glass" and steam gauges to take advantage of technology and also instruments I flew with long ago as a student.
The avionics allow any type of departure, approach, and landing.
