Description

Freshly overhauled and low time motor.  This is a very nice 310Q that has been hangared and flown regularly. The owner purchased it to gain Cessna twin time and haul the family. The family has gotten to big and the owner is looking to move onto a larger twin. Paint and interior are great. Aircraft has a fresh annual as of 6/23/2023. The right engine was removed, overhauled and reinstalled. It has been properly broken in per Continental Engine overhaul procedures. The right engine has 68 hrs on it. The aircraft has extend fuel for a total capacity of 163 gallons. Inflatable door seal. WASS Garmin 430. Working 400A Navomatic autopilot. Repainted in 2004. All logbooks since new. 

The aircraft is actively being flow so times will change. The aircraft is hangared and located at KAJO Corona airport in Southern California.

Right engine overhauled 6/23/2023 TSMOH 68 (still under warranty) from exodus engines in Lancaster California.

The right engine was an old overhaul when the owner bought the aircraft. 150hrs were flown on the old engine and its started to developed issues so the owner elected to send it to overhaul.
  

Interior / Exterior

8/10 Interior. Light Gray cloth seats. High back pilot seats. Working armrest. 6 seats configuration.
  

Remarks

The owner bought the aircraft to gain more twin Cessna time and haul their family. The owner now needs a bigger plane as the family has grown and is selling it for that reason. The aircraft is regularly flown, typically longer cross country missions. The aircraft is a great comfy cross country machine especially with extended fuel tanks. The aircraft has no know damage history, clean title and all logbooks since new. 310 training or checkout can be provided for an additional fee if needed.
