Prop strike/front gear damage in 2020. All work performed at Myer Aviation in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Engine overhauled by Poplar Grove 895 hours ago. Engine case has 1417 hrs; internal wear items have 895 hrs (rings, bearings, etc... see photo for detailed list of parts replaced in engine) ALL LOGS and extensive documentation, wiring diagrams, etc. included with aircraft. The logbooks and maintenance performed are notable selling points for this aircraft. Aircraft returned in better condition post-incident and meticulously maintained by previous and current owner. Mechanical condition was of utmost importance as logs will show. Annual due: April 31, 2024 Reason for selling: ATP minimums met, transitioning to airlines. Of the three Mooneys I have owned and several I have flown, this has been the best of the bunch. A fantastic E model and very smooth and reliable IFR machine. ***Colorado Springs buyers: the aircraft has the potential to stay in the hangar at $675 month, located at KCOS. Buyer will need to be approved by hangar complex management. Ask seller for more details if interested***
