Plane was purchased for building time after I received my private pilot's license. It has been flown over 200 hours this past year. It consumes 6 to 7 gallons per hour at 2200 rpm and uses about 1.5 quarts of oil in 25 hours. The engine runs great and has never given me any problems. It flies similar to a Cessna 172 but the controls are quicker and heavier. I trained initially in a 172 and enjoy flying this plane more. Useful load is around 788 lbs plus full fuel (40 gallons of useful fuel). I have flown it with three 180 lb adults and full fuel at just under gross. I have taken it from Oregon to Dallas Texas and back and from Oregon to Madison Indiana where it is currently without issue. I may be able to ferry it for the new owner which we can discuss. It is a unique aircraft that gets a lot of attention wherever I go. The engine is the legendary 0-320 Lycoming 150 hp that just keeps on going. It has been a great reliable airplane that I have maintained well. Please contact me with any questions you have. It is regularly flown so the times will change. Last annual was in February 2023
