Extremely low-time Dakota. Meticulously cared for with just 930 hrs total time. Brand new 3-blade prop. Air conditioning, new LED Light package, ADS-B, Silver crown radio package with KFC-150 AP.   
This is truly a remarkable example of one of Pipers finest performing single engine aircraft. It is quite possibly the lowest time Dakota in the US and currently for sale. 
From 1986 to 1994 Piper produced only 55 examples of the late model PA-28-236 Dakota of which this is S/n 25 and is completely original. Chad 909-645 3777

Also, the KFC-150 AP can be replaced with the new direct fit Bendix King AeroCruze 230 digital AP.

Exterior: Original red and gray scheme with matterhorn white - very good condition (Original Paint). Tinted windshield and tinted cabin windows in excellent condition. Pilot side window. Rated 8/10

Interior: Refreshed interior, Garrett leather seats with sheepskin pilot/co-pilot seat covers. 
Gray wool carpet with gray fabric side panels. Headliner great condition. Interior is in excellent condition. (Original interior). Rated 8/10
  

Remarks

History:
This is truly a remarkable example of one of Pipers finest performing single engine aircraft. It is quiet possibly the lowest time Dakota currently for sale. From 1986 to 1994 Piper produced only 55 examples of the late model PA-28-236 Dakota.  This aircraft has had 2 owners since new, with the first owner  based in Illinois who flew it for 130 hrs from 1989 to 1990, then the aircraft came to California with its second owner who flew it for 800 hrs from 1990 to 2023. Excellent meticulous maintenance has been performed over the aircraft's life to include all AD's as well as all SB's. No damage history, full comprehensive maintenance history. Complete logbooks. Recent comprehensive annual inspection completed and now due Feb 2024. Pitot Static/IFR cert due Feb 2025. Always hangared. Aircraft title is clear with no liens or encumbrances. Buyer to verify with title.
