Excellent IFR plane with only 4261TT and 1226 hours on engine and prop, 430WAAS, Autopilot, excellent paint and interior, well maintained, medical forces sale, annual due in May, complete and consistent logs available for review. This plane is ready for its next new owner.
Avionics
Avionics consist of a Bendix KMA24 Audio Panel, Garmin 430WAAS, Bendix KX155, Stratus Appareo transponder with both ADSB in and out, 4 place intercom, dual PTT switches, Brittain AP with wing leveler and heading hold. Pitot Static and transponder certification completed in May 2023. Plane comes with RAM iPad fixture and software to update 430.
Airframe
52 gallons of fuel, these tanks show no signs of fuel leakage, LED landing light, belly beacon, wing tip strobes, foul weather window, vertical compass card, Teflon oil cooler hoses, new Concorde battery installed in Feb. 2024, new throttle and prop control. There is no evidence of major damage history such as a gear up landing in the logs though I did see some wing tip damage.
Engines / Mods
0-360-A1D 180 HP Engine SN l-12055-36A, OH done in Jan 1999 by Performance Aero Engines Inc. Coupled with a Hartzell 3 blade prop for excellent climb rates, HC-E3YR-1RF, SN DY4117A, 1229 hours since OH on both engine and prop, great compressions and oil samples from AOA available.
Interior / Exterior
Both Paint and Interior are in excellent condition with paint being done in August 2015, colors are Matterhorn White AF400, Dupont Corlar epoxy primer, Shadow Gray, Blue Metallic and Gold, topped with Imron AF740 Clear coat. Interior completed in June 1998 with white leather seats and all plastic wrapped in leather, leather wrapped yokes. All materials meet or exceed flammability requirements of FAR 25.583. Included are Bruces window shades and exterior window wrap.
Remarks
Plane has flown 88.2 hours since the annual was completed last May. Owner has owned plane for 6 years and states some medical issues is reason for selling. I have several more pictures available and the logs have been scanned and ready for review. This has been a solid IFR plane for the current owner with excellent reliability. Sale would be processed thru an escrow company which we would gladly split the costs..
