Plane stored in hanger for 15+ years at Felts Field (SFF) in Spokane, WA.  The propeller and engine have been completely overhauled, and are stored in the hangar with the aircraft. The propeller and engine are not installed on the aircraft.  The plane is being sold "as-is" and "where-is", and it will be buyer's responsibility to re-install the propeller and engine.
