Paint isn't winning any beauty contests and has some cracks and chips but it would look pretty good if you buffed it. 6/10. Like all older airplanes it has some minor surface rust spots but nothing exciting. Most common places, like tie down rings, on the wheel assembly ect. Brakes good, recently serviced left brake with more fluid and pumped it. Flaps are manual and spring loaded, very fun and great for short fields. Included with the airplane is a panel wired air cooler box, a removable ice filled AC unit from Arctic Air. The unit stays in the baggage compartment and blows up through a hole in the back. There is also quite a bit of storage room behind the rear seat in the airplane as the seat pulls forward, the baggage compartment is NOT connected to the rest of the cabin. No shoulder harnesses, not legally required but recommended to install.

Logbooks start in 2006, annual due next month - comes with fresh annual. Feel free to look it up on flight aware, flies every week and I've been taking care of it well. Recent magneto 500 hr inspection on both mags and impulse coupling replaced on the left, fires up instantly at idle throttle. Engine nearing TBO but running great and no funny business on the engine monitor.
