Remarks

Has been kept in climate controlled hanger.
Airplane sat for 20 years before total rebuild.
This was my father's plane and I soloed in it when I was 20 years old. My Dad sold it when he lost his medical and I found it later in bad shape. It was a labor of love to rebuild. I have over $100,000 in the airplane, must let it go.
