1969 D55 Baron. July 2023 Annual. Recently overhauled exhaust stacks (3 of 4) . New right Aux bladder. Garmin 530 WAAS. Mechanical HSI and artificial horizon upgraded to GI-275-20 displays. Back-up artificial horizon is still vacuum driven. Back-up nav/comm King 170B Interior is a original and in good condition. Throw over yoke only. NOT Known-ice. Both engines have approximately 2000 hours. Aircraft flies regularly. I am simplifying my life and have joined a 172 club. I AM NOT A DEALER This airplane has only had 3 owners. It is super fast 175 KIAS at 16 GPH per side. Awesome stable airplane.
