Remarks

I was familiar with the aircraft before the current owner even had it and actually viewed it for a friend that was considering the purchase. I advised him it was a solid aircraft but ended up not purchasing the aircraft for other unrelated reasons. The current owner acquired the plane and by chance I ended up delivering it. The current owner has decided to go in a different direction based on recent needs in his life. I was the last pilot to fly the plane from NY to Texas and the owner was very happy with the service provided and asked me to list it for him.

The plane is in excellent shape and is ready to fly. It had a very extensive $10K-Dollar 2023 annual with many preventative maintenance items addressed and serviced. Do not be discouraged by the motor time. These O-320's will fly 3K hours or more with proper care!
