Airframe
Airframe is in fantastic shape. New tires this year and interior is like new. Canopy glass is in good shape and overall a well taken care of airplane. Always hangared. 5 Year Rubber Replacement Done at annual 4-2023 Annual Due: 5-2024
Engines / Mods
Rotax 912 ULS 100HP w/ 615.7hrs SNEW. Plugs were changed every 100hrs and I have Blackstone Oil Analysis for every other oil change since I have owned it. Carbs were overhauled 2 months ago and the newer/improved voltage regulator has been installed.
Interior / Exterior
Interior is 10/10. Plane has always been hangared and well maintained. I've done my best to keep a "like-new" feel. Exterior is 9/10 with a ceramic coat.
Remarks
This plane has been a pleasure to fly. I have flown the majority of the hours on this plane (from 80~ TT on) and it has been exceptional. It was bought as a time builder to finish out my ATP mins and I am the only one who has flown it. She has been very well taken care of and while I enjoy flying it I no longer have need for it as I head to the regionals this fall. Logs are available upon request via Dropbox and I would be happy to answer any questions. I also am not opposed to ferrying the plane to you pending it working with both of our schedules.
