***SOLD SOLD*** Very low time Archer II with only 1365 hours since new! Dry Kansas hangared most of its life it has complete logbooks since new and no known damage, hail or corrosion. Very clean original paint (with touchup) and interior. Recent windshield. Good compressions at May annual 75/70/75/75. Factored service hours for AD 20-26-16 is 77.16 hours. Scheduled to have Piper SB 1006 (wing tank removal and spar inspection) completed. Next annual due June 1, 2024. Useful load 1000 pounds. Fly as is or a great canvas to create your ideal Archer with avionics upgrades!
