2008 Diamond DA40 XLS with G1000 WAAS, GFC700 Autopilot, and Synthetic Vision. Dependable Lycoming IO-360 with Powerflow exhaust will do 140-145 KTAS at 9-10 gallons/hour, or 130-140 KTAS 7-8 gallons/hour. This DA40 has every possible option from the factory (50 gallon tanks, nicer seats, electronically adjustable rudder pedals, enlarged bubble canopy, etc). Only ever owner flown, I'm the 3rd owner. Diamonds are pilot's airplanes with a fantastic safety record. Enlarged bubble canopy has great visibility, comfortable 4 seats. 50 gallon tanks allows for 5-6 hours of endurance. This airplane has no damage history and has only been flown by owners, never used at a flight school - it's immaculate. Similar DA40s with thousands more hours listed around 380-400K. Get this pristine DA40 XLS with only 900 hours on the engine, flies regularly and oil analysis every 50 hours always in the green. Cover included with the purchase.
