I bought 4986K in 2012. All logbooks complete: AD log updated and complied with Form 337's and STC's 8130- release forms Oil analysis records Well maintained. A reliable and comfortable ride. The thicker LP windows with UV filtering have made a huge difference in temperature and sound. The avionics are remarkable with flight stream updates and wifi/blue tooth connectivity. PDFs of logbooks are up to date. IFR Pitot and Static Check will be scheduled and accomplished in January 2023. Reason for selling; I now have a twin, a Just Aircraft Highlander, and other projects lining up. Asking $82,000. Serious inquiries only, please.
