What's your Mission? This plane can be an excellent option for liesurely ownership, time building comfortably, or for the aspiring pilot looking to earn their Private, Instrument, or Commercial. It has been a solid plane for me, but between my professional job and my family our mission is changing that will require a bigger plane. It has been always been hangared and well maintained.

Airframe
Complete Logs. Always Hangered. No Corrosion. All glass in good shape with minor scratches. Landing Gear Rubbers replaced. New Concord RG-35AXC High Crank AGM Sealed Battery New OH Engine Mount. WAT LED Landing Light and Strobes Includes extra parts and 22 lb ABW for next owner to have installed. Cowl plugs and Bruce’s Custom Cover only used less than handful of times. Wheel Chocks External GPU Plug
Engines / Mods
Lycoming O-320-E3D Compressions 75/77/76/76 PowerFlow Exhaust give consistant 700 fpm climbs during the summer months. Up to 1000 fpm in the winter. Oil analysis reports available. Oil Changed every 25 hrs. Oil/Filter every 50 hrs.
Interior / Exterior
Clean 7-8/10 Minor wear in spots Seat Belts Rewebbed and OH. Carpet has stains. New carpet available not yet installed. New Floorboards Paint 6/10 presents well with gloss, but most clear is gone on the wings with thin spots and scratches.
