Description

A very nice example of the iconic Lancair 360. The airplane was purchased as an additional airplane for someone that has numerous airplanes. So the plane was flown very little in the past years. Although the maintenance was kept up. 
The airplane has been through a very thorough condition inspection by a AP/IA. Including bore scoping the engine. All AD's and Lancair Service Bulletins have been researched and complied with. All logged in the complete log books. 
We are starting the interior finishes very soon. Unless the airplane sells first. 
There is also plan to update the avionics, although we will wait on that due to selling the airplane and personal preferences on the updates. 
The plane is very fast, fun and efficient. I love flying the airplane.

Steam gages for the most part. Although IFR equipped.

Lancair 360 
Great paint. Not perfect but looks really good. Just started the interior finishes.
  

Engines / Mods

Lycoming IO360  Hartzell prop. The last condition inspection was performed by an AP/IA. All Ad's and Lancair Service Bulletins researched and complied with.
  

Interior / Exterior

Upgrading the interior now. Priced as is. If the interior is completed, price will be adjusted.
