This plane has been flown consistently and will continue to be flown up until sold. If you're familiar with and looking for a Skymaster you'll not find a better one on the market.
I have a complete set of Logs, maintenace and parts manuals along with all service records. Also have a full set of headrest for the plane.

Engines / Mods

TSIO-360-CB 215hp with American Intercoolers, both engine had Top-Overhauls 405 ago. (900 SMOH)

Surprisingly both engines use very little oil! I find the best setting is at 15,000/16,000 ft, 27in manifold pressure, the fuel burn is 10.5 gph per engine @ 180kt TAS - 57% BHP.

Interior / Exterior

Both the interior and exterior were completely refinished in the mid-90s (it's in the logbooks). I would consider both an 8+ as the plane has always been kept inside.

Remarks

If you're just starting to look at buying Skymaster or a twin, please do your research which includes knowing what it takes to insure and finance them (if needed). REMEBER: Skymasters are the safest twins available today - excellent travelers!

If you need instructor transition time OR would like time with me in the plane I can facilitate as I know it well.
