Beautiful 1998 A-1A, W/31", 805TT. Alaskan Bushwheels and AK Baby Bushwheel. Excellent backcountry plane, with comfortable 5-point seat belts with inertial reel harnesses, that I've owned since 2011. ACK TECH 406 ELT battery just replaced. Has always lived in a hangar, fabric in excellent condition. I'm just not flying it much anymore but always keeping excellent maintenance up. See attached sheet for details. 3-Blade MT prop installed soon after I purchased. Engine has excellent compression: 78, 78, 79, 78/80, very recent carb rebuild, New Aspen PFD-1000 MAX W/AOA and Synthetic Vision unlocked, Garmin GPS-150XL, Insight G-2 Engine Monitor, Appereo Stratus ESG/3i Transponder ADS-B in/out, Sky Tec Starter, Surefly Electronic Ignition. Toe brakes work great. LED Landing and Taxi lights, Just replaced the in-cockpit fuel sight tubes and battery. Becker Comm plus Portable Handheld radio included. Much more info.
