Description

The "Young Super Legend"... fit for a king! Ladies and gentlemen, this 2018 American Legend AL-18 is not your usual suspect; from its qualified unique build to its current unique owner. A combination any true aviation enthusiast would relish the opportunity in acquiring this gorgeous aircraft. I can write a book about the aircraft and it's owner, but there are maximum characters allowed in these publications. There is not one concern with this aircraft from the time of its inception to this day. The owner is one of those rare individuals that deserves a great deal of accolades and praise. The kind of owner who changes both the spark plugs and oil every 25 hours... half the required minimum service intervals in fact! Have you known any owners that have a "Robo Vacuum" in their hanger keeping the floors spotlessly clean? Or that has an external heater keeping the engine compartment warm for smooth startups?.... In San Diego?? This should not be a matter of negotiation, but rather, a matter of appreciation.

It is difficult to appraise uniqueness, but here are the facts; If you built this aircraft today as advertised, the cost is over $280,000.00 plus having to wait 1.5 years for delivery. You don't have to wait or pay today's inflationary costs. This is here and now... a real "Turn-Key" aircraft waiting for that very lucky new owner and home. "Why sell it" you might ask, the answer is simple, The owner is simply not enjoying this aircraft as much as it might deserve. At only 147 hour total overall time, this aircraft needs more altitude and gratitude. Imagine that this aircraft has had nearly 6 oil and spark plug changes to date at only 147 total overall hours... crazy to think about. Talk about a proper break-in! Just had its yearly annual January 2023, and ready for delivery. Please be a serious and informed buyer.

Check out the attached specifications of this aircraft... they are sure to impress.
