Selling a clean and well-maintained 1972 Baron E-55. If you are looking for a light twin engine with low engine time and up to date inspections, this plane is the one for you. Aircraft has low engine hours since SMOH with 193 hours on each and a 1,700-hour TBO.  Boasting a useful load of 1846 lbs this aircraft will take you anywhere. New spinners and props were installed in 2020 and have 193 hours SMOH. The annual is to be completed in March of 2024. The aircraft interior and exterior are in great condition. 

The aircraft is equipped with ADS-B in and out with a fresh panel installed in 2012 giving this panel a clean and organized look. With this aircraft you will receive the entire Garmin package including, audio panel with music, Garmin GNS430 with WAAS, Garmin TX330 (ADS-B out), Garmin 50 GDL (ADS-B in with weather, traffic, AHRS). The aircraft also has a Century III autopilot coupled for GPS steering. 

The aircraft has complete logbook since 1972. Records indicated it has suffered 2 gear up landings in its life, once in 1974 and again in 1998. It was repaired according to Beechcraft standards with supporting FAA 337 documents and logbooks. No other known incidents.
