The Air Frame is in great condition 
Was built by a professional easy to handle very stable on a straight and level flight. 
Experienced builder who did a very meticulous job on every detail and aspect of the build.
  

Engines / Mods

SIO 382 Lycoming Engine 

2nd Generation EFII engine computer, allows perfect control of Individual cylinder temp and other cool features. also starting the engine as smooth as my Tesla :}} 
 
Recall on crankshaft replaced AND engine  O/H done by superior

Remarks

I had the plane for a year now, mostly used to commute from the East to West coast of Florida for my work, I've clocked about 150 Hours. 
Quick economic and fun ride 170-180 true at 8000 65%  11GPH Kipping my cylinders way below 380. 
Great panel can shoot any approach. 
Speeds are great at landing;
Approach Speed 90-95 Knots 
Short final 80-85
Over the Threshold 75 Knots you'll make a smooth landing every time.
