This is a Cessna R172K Hawk with a home base of North Perry (KHWO) in Miami, Florida. It has a Continental IO-360-K engine with 210HP. I bough it in May 2021 to time build to get to the airlines. It has been in a hangar. Before I purchased it, it had the engine overhauled and I have put 1300 hours on it since then. I spared to expense on maintenance. It had it's anual on August 2022, and IFR inspections in February of 2022. It was recently painted in 2019 and has sharp blue/white colors. It has an autopilot system where the servos had a recall and were replaced in December of 2023 and are brand new. The plane has garmin dual g5's with a GNS430W. It has a display for CHT's and is a beautiful plane to fly. Vortex generators are installed and the plane stalls at 28 KIA.
