Description

B58 Beech Baron, my aircraft and I am the same Beechcraft dealer owner for 23 years as my personal aircraft, 6775 hours, 225 hours on custom overhauls, 477 hours since prop overhauls, excellent paint and interior, always hangared, no damage history, Garmin and STEC avionics, weather radar.  Some nice trades considered, prefer single engine, prefer Cessna 182, 210 or Piper six seat.  Charlotte, NC based. You will not be disappointed.
  

Avionics

New STEC60-2 autopilot with altitude hold, autopilot electric trim, all couplers, STEC GPSS digital steering switch (autopilot direct to GPS)

Garmin G5 Attitude indicator with GNS530W inputs and all pitot and static connections behind the instrument panel were replaced with fresh tubing and connectors.

Airframe

Three blade props with alcohol anti-ice and alcohol windshield, No wing deice boots but may be installed with change of vacuum pumps at installation event.

Wing and tail vortex generators by Beryl D'ShannonBeechcraft modifications, airspeed indicator remarked for changes.

Beryl D'Shannon flap and gap seals for excellent short field, slow maneuvers.

Good side glass condition

All lighting options: beacon, strobes, LED taxi and dual LED landing lights by Whelen

Engines / Mods

477 hour overhauls of factory remans March 2016 Engine Overhauls by Jewell Aviation, Kennett, MO. with performance RAM camshafts, new engine mounts, new fluid hoses.

Aircraft hangar kept always in a climate controlled hangar and has received limited use and minimum wear in the past few years.  Shows almost no wear from the new paint and interior.
  

Remarks

Straight out sale preferred.  Some nice trades considered, single engine only, no project aircraft. I am retired, limited travel needs is reason for sale. Annual in progress for January 2024 completion.
