Description

IFR certified with a king radio and a vacuum auto pilot.  Garmin 430 and Garmin GTX 345. Garmin 496 and weather mounted on yoke.

3&4 ( same ) 419 hrs- exhaust valves are the weak point these are new.
Cam, lifters, oil pump, crank counter weight 680hrs Zeftronics regulator 425 hrs Light weight alternator 421 hrs Hydraulic filter 433 hrs Concorde Rg-35AXC battery 400 hr  installed 8/1/2018 Main wheels-New Air Hawk 6:00-6 with Michelin Airstop Inner Tubes.

Insight Engine monitor.

The engine is the original IO 360 A1B6 (no RPM limit) .  Replaced the  oil pump, cam, bearings, cylinders at around 1400 hours.  Prop was overhauled and it has no ADs.

All the engine instruments have been upgraded to digital. The plane has a emergency battery bus like a real plane with #1 radio on it and a hot 12v battery outlet that can be used for solar panel charging of the battery. 

The plane has a renegade interior, and yokes with push to talk and a four point intercom.  Interior redone in 2020 by Duncan Interiors. Garmin 496 with a exterior antenna on the nose. Has a Extra outside antenna wire left seat for a hand held.

Also has a emergency 12v electric standby vacuum system with a five light color emergency warning system( red oil pressure, green fuel pressure switch on, Amber hydraulic etc ). 

There are a lot of other upgrades like a clear floor, gear doors ( Bob Copeland ), better stronger engine support and mounts ( Elton ), cargo door, 70 gal fuel ( Copeland ), aux fuel pressure  transfer lights ( Harry ), vortex generators, wing fillets ( Elton ), heater, nose gear mod ( Paul ), more rivets in the weak area behind step added by Elton, Cleveland brakes, SS brake lines, pressure and density altitude indicator, vertical spring canopy stays with double weather seals ( Harry ).

This plane has the best mods and all the major work was done by the best Lake experts, Elton, Harry or Paul. The plane has no corrosion and has spent its whole life hangered.  Beautiful perfect blue and white paint.
