Remarks

I have owned this aircraft since 2012.  It is still flying regularly as I use it to commute to work, so times will change.  AC comes with insulated Engine Cowl Cover for cold WX Ops.  It also comes with Stratus II for ADS-B In (to Ipad) It has a strong running engine with good compressions.  The oil filter also looks good.  Its home base is KRGK (Red Wing, MN) but is also at KGPZ (Grand Rapids MN) a fair amount of time.  Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
