Aircraft > Single-Engine Piston > Piper > N8260N: Piper CHEROKEE 140/160
UNDER CONTRACT!! This is not your everyday Cherokee 140, it has the 160 HP upgrade, Power Flow Exhaust and cruise prop! It's located on the West Coast at Whiteman Airport (KWHP), near Burbank, CA. The prior owner passed away in 2018, his estate donated it and we've recently had maintenance performed. Less than 4,000 TT, 664 SMOH and only 230 since Top Overhaul (when the 160 HP cylinders were installed). It could definitely use a new paint job (it's been baking in the CA sunshine) but interior has been protected by window shades. Even so, the interior is original and looks it. The Avionics were actually installed recently (2018) and include a panel mounted GPS integrated with an S-Tec Auto-Pilot. An ADS-B tail beacon was just installed.
