Description

Flies and Floats is pleased to offer N826WH, a 2011 Zenith Zodiac 601XL-B. Built in 2011 by a lifelong pilot who is also an A&P / IA. Selling only due to age and health reasons.  Flown approximately 70 hours.  "B" wing mod.  Last condition inspection and last flight was in 2017, but the aircraft has been hangared and started / taxied several times a year. 100 hp Lycoming O-235-C with approximately 400 hours SMOH. This engine was previously installed in the owner's Stinson 10A from 1995 to 2002 (he removed it from the Stinson in '02 for a horsepower upgrade to an O-290-D2, pickled it, then subsequently installed it in this Zodiac which he built after selling the Stinson). When it was installed it got a new starter, alternator and slick mags. Engine only run on avgas under present ownership.

Empty weight is 775, max gross is 1320, useful load is 545.  15 gallons per tank in each wing (30 gal total).
