Description

Very well maintained and always hangered Dakota based in Denver Colorado - KBJC.  This airplane is still being flown regularly as part of a local ownership group which keeps the engine very healthy - Blackstone oil reports are available.  The exterior paint was done in 2018 and is in great shape and the interior seats were also recovered in 2018.  This airplane has been used mostly for local trips & longer-range travel.  This is a great mountain airplane with a 235HP engine and huge useful load of 1193lbs, full fuel payload of 760lbs!  Performance modifications include flap gap seals and a 3 blade Hartzel scimitar propeller.  It also has wing tip pulse lights which are great for high traffic environments and night landings.  A plug-in engine heater has been installed and used throughout the colder months to eliminate any cold starts.  No deferred maintenance and complete logbooks are available.
