Annual due 03/2025, IFR due 03/2026. Airplane just went through a pre-buy inspection at Midwest Malibu Center. Inspection report resulted in a 50,000$ Annual to include: Brand new exhaust, new heat shroud, new heat shields, new A/C bracket, landing gear overhaul, steering trunion repair and overhaul, actuators overhaul, corrosion inspection and 5 year treatment, full chafe tape replacement, device valve and plumbing/wiring rework, new oil cooler, new blower fan, oil hoses, wire brackets, zip-ties, window seal, collector tank seal...and many, many more items. PFD can be upgraded to "synthetic vision", currently one radio equipped with Connext (cool feature - one button flight plan transfer from iPod) ,second radio can be upgraded with a memory card. Engines / Mods

Overhauled in 2021 at Poplar Grove Airmotive. New crank case, new crank shaft, new cam shaft, new valves, pistons and cylinders.  Engine recommended overhaul time is 2200hrs. (Last one was done at 2230 SMOH, 1010 since top hrs +-)
