Description

In addition to the Gold seal engine overhaul and new Hartzell scimitar 3-blade prop, we had extensive work completed with nearly everything firewall forward being new or refinished in 8/22. Over $85k invested. New engine accessories include: starter, alternator, fuel pump, magnetos, oil cooler, carburetor, vacuum pump, fuel and oil hoses, intake pipes, exhaust pipes, plugs and wires, EGT probe assemblies. Western Skyways Gold seal warranty is fully transferable. 36 months from until August 2025, and no hour limit (up to TBO). 

1,288lbs of useful load. 84 gallons of fuel. Climbs at 1,500FPM and flys straight and true. Always hangared.

Meticulously cared for and flown as a commercial time-builder for my adult son, flown 200 hours in the last 18 months.

Maintenance/Cosmetic notes:
Flight leveler INOP
Left tip tank has small hangar rash that shows minimal past seepage. We have used often with no issues.
Right tip tank has had some suspended particles and should be cleaned. Also small puncture in top/trailing edge Fiberglass skin, fuel tank unaffected.
