New prop nut, rings and hub piston seals, overhauled prop oil transfer unit all at 2023 annual. Garmin GTX 335 all in one ADS-B Transponder. Garmin GNC 300 XL TSP GPS+ Radio, COM 760 TSO Radio, King KN 53TSO NAV. 20 gal under seat aux tank. Update 3way fuel selector complies w AD. Tires/ Breaks good condition. Steam gauge layout on panel. Great for painting war bird scheme. True Navion flight Characteristics. Original yokes. Paint is old and fading. Top of right wing and horizontal stabiliser has had paint partially removed.
