Looking to sale The Mooney! I love this plane. The plane just went to Reno (air races) from GA. to TN to Reno. Check it out on Flight Aware! 20 + hours of flying with absolutely no issues. Burned little to no oil. That said, the engine is past TBO. I bought the airplane 3 years ago and planned to fly the plane until the engine told me to change it. Perfect annuals every year. Every mechanic that I talk to says "keep on flying it, just watch it". I tried to find a partner that was close so that I could keep at least 1/2 ownership. That didn't work out, so here we are. The reason I am selling. I have 2 other airplanes, and building a Lancair 4P. Decision time..that simple. The airplane is loaded. Great IFR platform.

Great IFR platform. FIKI (Flight into Known Ice) Garmin 750 highlights the panel. • Avionics: Garmin GMA-340 Audio Panel, Garmin GTN-750W with ADS-B weather and traffic, Garmin GTR-225 Com Transceiver, Garmin GTX-345 with ADS-B in/ out, Garmin 796, Garmin Digital Altitude Encoder, Castleberry Standby Electric Attitude Indicator, KG 258 Horizon Reference Indicator, KCS 55A HSI, KAP 150 Autopilot, WX 950 Storm Scope.
Airframe
Air frame is in excellent condition. Paint scheme and condition is beautiful. I would say a solid 9. Needs a few touch-ups only. FIKI anti ice equipped.
Interior / Exterior
Interior is in great condition. Seats recovered, no tears or worn parts. 9 1/2 throughout. Paint is a beautiful scheme with a 9 condition.
