Engines / Mods

Engine was a take-off from another Grumman in 2001 and an IRAN was completed at that time (about 350 hrs ago), No known issues exist. Its a great running motor with good compressions. Oil consumption is negligible.

As of 1/9/24 compressions were 78/77/78/76

Interior / Exterior

Custom leather interior installed late 2023. This included new side panels with custom pockets to fit iPads. All placards were replaced at this time. Canopy was resealed and fits perfectly. Glass is in great shape with no crazing or scratches.

Remarks

This is a great flying aircraft that trues out about 115kts at 6,500ft. The only reason the owners are selling is because its not a very practical aircraft for Colorado with it's mountains. This would be a perfect aircraft for the Midwest/coastal areas where high density altitudes are not a concern.

At 6,300ft density altitudes you can plan on 400-500fpm climb rates at 90kts.

This is a fine flying example of type!
