IFR trainer and Time builder, TAA, New Tires, brakes. G5s and BendixKing AP 1 year old. 3 year old engine and prop. Highly capable and economical to operate plane. Terrific visibility for sightseeing. Great time builder or trainer for someone looking at commercial applications. WAAS, ADSB, OAT
Avionics
Two G-5s and Garmin 430 WAAS coupled to BendixKing AP (will capture and fly glideslope). GMA 345 audio panel, GTX 335 transponder (ADSB IN/OUT) Garmin SL40 Com 2, MidContinent Clock with 2 USB charging ports, ELT, Electric trim, upgraded to Klixon circuit breakers. Plane is IFR capable (GRABCARD) but not IMC certified. TAA as well!
Airframe
Used as time builder for commercial pilot, no damage history, never used as a trainer. All logs. Flown cross country regularly and Hangared. Cruises 114 TAS at ~5.5 GPH. Very nice panel and capability. Terrific forward visibility. Montana and Idaho based.
Engines / Mods
912ULS. 2000 HR TBO, AvGas and Mogas. 23.8 Fuel (11.9 per side) 98% Mogas used in engine. Engine mounted Aux Generator. Fixed prop with metal leading edge.
Interior / Exterior
Interior and Exterior good condition. Reinforced rear tie down. Upgraded seat cushions. Upgraded to AreoLED for strobe and position, LED landing light.
Remarks
Plane is S-LSA. I have been using for time building so minimal TO and Landing cycles for hours flown. 3rd owner. Plane is IFR capable (GRABCARD) but not IMC certified. Placarded No Intentional Spins. Still flying so times will increase slightly.
