Description

Beautiful 1974 Grumman AA5 Traveler Hangered in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex area at DTO airport. She (Jenny) is amazingly smooth and agile.

Her grace and forgivingness make Jenny the perfect Trainer or Starter platform. Jenny's low fuel burn, low oil consumption, and low maintenance make her the perfect cross-country or weekend adventure plane.

I have recently completed her detailed annual in December of 2023. Jenny is ready to spoil her new owner with her smooth gracefulness on the ground and agility in the clouds.

With her canopy open and the wind blowing, it is as if the angels are blowing kisses, and the sun is beckoning for you to enjoy the moment and live life to its fullest.

With a 160HP STC engine, she will climb and bank with the best in her class.

Remarks

My story: I am a U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran and have experienced the world's vast oceans as few can envision.

My New Mission. I wanted to experience the Joy, Challenges, and Deliberate Commitment required to fly "my own" plane.

I purchased "Jenny" a 1974 Grumman Traveler, her grace and forgivingness made Jenny the perfect companion for My New Mission.

I started flight school and was sometimes overwhelmed by the information I needed to retain and call upon to complete My New Mission.

As a student pilot, Jenny and I welcomed the adrenaline that came as I negotiated with Mother Nature during my inconsistent takeoffs and landings.

I refuse to chastise the elements of wind, snow, rain, or hail when they did not grant me favor and delayed My New Mission.

As time progressed, my knowledge, confidence, and skills increased.

Jenny and I were able to embrace the seductive scenery and of course, the solitude of the clouds as I piloted her among the stars.

Yes, I have experienced the Joy, Challenges, and Deliberate Commitment required to fly "my own" plane.

New Mission Accomplished
